The staff were helpful and the standard room we booked met the needs. A cool bonus was nearby Lic Gelato, that offered tea and coffee.

I found the Hotel outdated and it is time for updating. And the reception area was quite dirty on arrival at 10pm at night.

Location was central and off street parking was good.
I think the building is a little run-down and needs a freshenup - also the pool pump was broken and it was thus not available to patrons.

There was nothing really that stood out during our stay, all it was , was a place to stay for one night.
The decor is outdated, the paint in the bathroom is peeling, there is mould throughout the bathroom, the shower head is green with mould, the flushing system on the toilet is ridiculous, the taps have to be really done up tight to stop dripping. The whole place is in need of a total make over.

Paint work and carpets terrible.Very poor menu. So after the first night we ate elsewere, dust everywhere in the "public" toilets, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom

My 1st experience in an Australian hotel that do not have digital TV, swimming pool is not clean, ensuite spa is dusty, crack tiles and smells

I liked the fact that the restaurant was within the building and so was the bar. We were done to see our son at Duntroon RMC, the staff could not have been more helpful in telling us how to get there from the hotel.
We had a spa suite, yet the spa was only big enough for one not two.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was poor- insects and hair in the shower, peeling paint and rusty joining- turn-off!!

Staff were very helpful. Close to city centre. In room spa was excellent.
Hotel is a bit worn. Overpriced but centreal. some fittings beed repair or replacement.
